Customers generally praise the product for its comfort, attractive appearance, and ease of assembly. Many reviewers highlight the beautiful and rich colors available, with some noting the product is larger than expected and a good fit for their space. However, opinions are mixed regarding the product's overall comfort, with some finding it very uncomfortable despite positive comments on the fabric. There are also some concerns about the size being smaller than anticipated and the quality being inexpensive or cheap-looking, particularly from the back. Additionally, a few customers mentioned issues with the USB charging port providing a slow charge and the back pillows being too thin.
