Customers should be aware that over time the tone of the woods may change, and a unique patina may develop. We build our pieces to withstand normal moisture levels but, as our items are mainly built from solid wood, we cannot be responsible for issues created by extremely high or low levels of humidity. If you are in either desert or mountainous regions and have experienced such problems with furniture of this nature, we suggest selecting other items in our collection as we will not be accepting returns from these areas. This warranty does not cover payment of shipping costs to and from Dovetail. This warranty is valid for one (1) year from the date of invoice. In the event of a defect, malfunction, or failure to conform to this warranty, Dovetail guarantees to repair or replace any item found defective in material, construction, or workmanship under normal use and following care instructions. The warranty applies under conditions of normal residential use and does not apply to damage caused as a result of negligence or misuse. This includes improper cleaning, exposure to chemicals and foreign substances, liquids, accidents, or for any use which the product was not intended.
