  • For any product inquiries or customer support, please contact us using the warranty information provided.
  • DS13 glass guide block width is 3-1/4 in. The minimum threshold depth requirement for installation is 3 in., then the guide block will protrude inward about 1/4 in. A drilling hole into the threshold is required to install the shower door.
  • Recommended installation width: 70~76-3/4 in. The overall length can be stretched by adjusting the insertion depth of the wall brackets and guide rail. Walk-in width: 30.5~37.2 in. Guide rail cut preferably not exceed 6 in.
  • Allow up to 1/4" offset on both sides of the wall. Please measure after the wall is finished. Door seals and adjustable rollers can be fitted to the wall offset. Rollers are off-center rollers.
  • For 76 in. opening, the width of the middle overlap area is 4 in. after installation is finished. (Include door seal width)
  • 304 Stainless steel hardware accessories: Guide rail material is stainless steel and aluminum alloy, 4 pcs roller, 2 pcs towel bar handle, handle length 20-2/3 in. The shower base is not included.
  • SOFT-CLOSE FUNCTION:Frameless double sliding door with soft-closing system, it has been tested 100,000-times and can last 20-years, more safety and stable, please refer to page 12-and 17-of the installation guide on the online product page for soft-close adjustment and troubleshooting
