Customers appreciate the attractive appearance and good quality of this product, finding it functional for organizing various items. Many reviewers highlight its perfect size for small spaces and entryways, noting its sturdiness. However, some customers have expressed disappointment with the size, finding it smaller than expected, and the baskets are often described as too small for items like gloves and hats. There are also mixed opinions regarding the quality of the baskets, with some finding them to be cheap or falling apart, while others find them well-made. Additionally, a recurring concern is the absence of included mounting hardware.
