Customers find the product to be very cute and well-made, with many appreciating its decorative appearance and unique design. It is often described as a good quality item, suitable for light use such as hanging jewelry, scarves, or hand towels. However, there are significant concerns regarding its functionality as a wall hook, with multiple reviews stating it is not practical for hanging heavier items due to a wobbly or unstable mounting system.
