I expected the fabric to be a little thicker but I’m very pleased with my curtains. Gave me that French cafe feel I was looking for. The navy blue color is spot on. There are two ways to hang them. The second hole allows for an extra inch ruffle at the top. But I used the top one eliminating the extra ruffle because I wanted the full 18 inch coverage on the window.. Susan. Laurinburg, NC. Wed May 06 2026

This 3-piece curtain set brings a tailored look to your window with its clean-lined silhouette. It's crafted from polyester and includes a matching valance and two tier curtains for a coordinated feel in your space. I love the fabric used in these cafe curtains, it’s substantial yet soft. I ordered them specifically to block our hot summer sun for anyone seated in the pergola on the patio where the long drapes can’t cover. I attached the valance portion of the sets to rod hanging on a low and the rod with the longer curtain parts to the higher beam with the result being that they hang almost even with each other.. Val. Portland, OR. Tue May 26 2026

I am very happy with the color which is ivory. I am happy with the weight of the fabric, but I am unhappy with the fact that even though I washed them and took them out of the dryer immediately I am going to have to iron them.. Joye. Fallbrook, CA. Wed Sep 30 2026

If your windows could use a touch of yesteryear's sophistication, but you don't want to change your curtains or screens, consider a valance. Popular in Elena's decorating, the 38"W x 46"L valance is a decorative weave of fabric hung to give windows an interior bunting effect. Perfect for a bit of window dressing, this faux-silk piece features tassels inspired by the 19th Century, but with a slightly more contemporary update, and if you are looking to recreate the look pictured, three valances are necessary. Only one is included, need to purchase 3 valances to create the same look as the image.

Window tier curtains are made of waffle weave textured plaid fabric, which is sturdy and durable, water repellent and dustproof, stylish and modern. A 2-inch high rod pocket fits a curtain rod up to 1.5" in diameter. Rod Pocket provides a nice weave and enhances the style and atmosphere of the interior space. Use the tier curtains to cover the lower portion of windows or use them alone on shorter-length windows. Perfect for your kitchen, bathroom, laundry room, studio, and so on.

The valance did not work for me as the fabric is more like a shiny nylon (shower curtain) type and not suitable for a bedroom. Maybe would be fine in a kitchen. Also the grommet opening that you slide the rod thru was too small to accommodate my curtain rod.. Ann. Tucson, AZ. Sat Aug 16 2025
