I love this trio of art! As soon as I unboxed them set them in the dining area, they brought a big smile to my face! I enjoy the botanical feel, in simple black and ecru, which brings a calming energy to the space. Canvas floats inside the frame, which is a nice design touch. The frames are plastic, though, and I haven’t sorted out how to hang them. The included hardware doesn’t seem to make sense, so I may opt for adhesive Velcro-type fixing to the wall. Admittedly, I’ve been deciding how much space to leave between them as well, so that added to the delay. This ready to hang, matted framed art piece features an abstract yellow tree. Odilon Redon was a French symbolist painter, printmaker, draughtsman and pastellist. His work represents an exploration of his internal feelings and psyche. He himself wanted to place the visible at the service of the invisible; thus, although his work seems filled with strange beings and grotesque dichotomies, his aim was to represent pictorially the ghosts of his own mind. Giclee (jee-clay) is an advanced printmaking process for creating museum quality fine art reproductions. This high quality print is matted using antique white matting and comes in a black frame. A clear acrylic facing is added to protect the print. Comes ready to hang. The antique white mat allows the image to really stand out, making it a great addition to any space.

I was very pleased when I saw this print in person. The colors online are authentic, as I was afraid it would not be as striking in person. Very nice frame. Beautiful! Perfect mountain house. There was no signature. I think it was cut off. The plastic glass arrived with small scratches and the picture itself had come out of the staples holding it in. My husband fixed the picture and matting. Of course we could not fix the fine scratches on the plastic glass. When it was put together and hung on the wall , the scratches are not easily visible so we kept everything. The framing is cheap but once hung up on the wall, it looks lovely and perfect. Anonymous.
