[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I have received these curtains works Valance & Tier Set. The fabric content is 70% Polyester & 30% Cotton. The fabric is pretty stiff even after a wash. You will need to steam press to get wrinkles out. The Fabric is thick enough to block the sun coming IN, and gives good privacy without blocking the light. Hem allowance is 1 in and side hem is 1/2 in. The fabric does not have a flounce like other fabrics. The design is very nice and goes great in a bathroom, office room, family or a nursery.
