So I saw the two different 1-star ratings and waffled over getting these curtains - but I really wanted something with these exact colors so I decided to give them a try and send them back if they were as awful as claimed. When I opened the box, I was incredibly disappointed - the colors looked so much more drab and muted and there there was no texture to the curtains (the picture made it look like the curtain fabric would have depth and dimension with gold puff-paint-looking outlines instead of totally smooth printed curtains). I couldn't believe the horrible difference between what I was seeing out of the box and the picture on the website. But I dutifully hung them on a curtain rod to test them fully and see them alongside a rug I was trying to compliment. When I stepped back to look, I was pleasantly surprised to see they actually looked good with the rug - from a distance, the colors brightened and the textures deepened - then I took a picture with my phone and compared the real curtains hanging on the wall to the picture on the website. I was SHOCKED - they looked the same! These are UNEDITED photos from my phone - folded up out of the box and hanging on the wall. Bottom line - try them hanging up and step away before you decide!. [This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These are really good quality, thick curtains. I love the holes you string the pole through. It’s a very pretty metallic color. The light blocking is pretty good. I think they’re pretty much black out. I also really like the woven sort of texture. It has on the curtain itself. It’s not cheap looking or solid colored and there’s some dimension to the color of the curtain itself.. Iras6_2496. Tue Dec 09 2025

These curtains work but I was hoping they would be thicker material Since it’s lined. It’s the thickness of a bedsheet lined with another bedsheet. They are not blackout curtains but they do help darken the room. For my 5ft window I have 4 panels. They are bright white and the blue border is more cobalt than navy but it’s a nice color. After ironing and hanging and fussing to get them to hang straight I decided they were good enough. They have silver grommets and I hung them on a black rod and it looks crisp.. Kelley. Annaplis, MD.
