We got this to set up for spring and summer in the north west. We were told that summers are short but can be very sunny and heat up our home quite a lot. We also love bird watching and wanted a way to keep the birds from seeing us while we watch them. We put it up in less than an hour using soapy water in a spray bottle, a straight edge razor and a squeegee. It’s perfect for what we needed. Time will tell if it keep the house cooler but so far the birds love it and use our window feeders way more now. They can see in at night but during the day inside the house is invisible for them. Makes great birdwatching from the couch possible.. Scarlet. Kirkland, WA. Fri Apr 19 2024

This window cling can be very easy to install, but patience is key. It is not a peel and stick product. You need to use water to apply it, which gives you some flexibility to position it correctly before everything is set. I needed privacy on two different doors, and this design was exactly what I was looking for. It fits the style of my home while giving me a good amount of privacy without blocking too much natural light. One thing I especially like is that it isn’t completely opaque. I can still see just enough through it to tell if someone is outside, which was important to me for safety. Take your time with the installation and follow the directions. I love the colors on this product. When I installed it, I used soapy water to help hold it in place. It is a heavier film than what I have used on a separate window. When I put it in place, I had to tape the top into place, and the bottom of the film curled. I surrendered in fatigue, but by the next afternoon, my springtime sunshine had warmed up the film considerably so that the tape no longer needed to hold the top in place, and the bottom had uncurled and clung appropriately to the base of the window. I have two more windows which I need to do, and I will probably follow the same practice of either warming the film gently before using, or taping in place and allowing the next day’s sunshine to warm it up and soften it.. We have large egress windows in the basement and neighbors that walk back and forth to their backyard on the piece of sidewalk between our houses. I’ve been uncomfortable exercising in a sports bra and leggings because of the “peek factor”. There are covers on the window wells, but I want to exercise comfortably without concerns of the neighbors seeing me. This window sticker was perfect for our needs. It lets in all the sunlight, but blurs the view (and hides th random weeds growing in the window wells…BONUS!) it was easy to install by myself with a ruler and sharp box knife. I washed the windows with Grove window cleaner first followed by a rinse with vinegar and used a bit of blue Dawn dish soap with warm water for the application. The bubbles worked out with patience and the windows look fantastic!. Kelsey. US. Tue Sep 23 2025

This film uses static cling technology, which eliminates the need for adhesive glue during installation, leaving no sticky residue on the glass surface when removed. This film also offers a 93.2% UV blocking rate and 69.1% infrared blocking, shielding your precious skin and beloved furniture from the relentless assault of harmful UV rays. Ideal for living room, bedroom, kitchen, office windows decor, sliding glass doors, glass cabinet panels and so on. *INSTALLATION TIPS: Before installation, please totally clean the window surface and corners to ensure that there is no dust on it. Remember to remove the protective liner before applying and spray plenty of water onto the glass surface and static cling side of the window film for adhesion(the more water, the better). After installation, please trim the edges and leave enough gap between the edge of the film and the window to easily squeeze out the air bubbles.*

The installation was easy, it's better if someone helps you, it's not as blurry as I thought from the outside you can see who is inside, the texture is very good.. Jessica. Sun Aug 31 2025
