The fluorescent star design is hand-painted and UV and fade resistant. Precision made coils measure temperature readings from -60°F to 120°F (°F scale only). The clock and thermometer are both accurate and easy to read. The glow in the dark function does not require battery power, only exposure to light. One (1) AA battery (not included) is required for the clock function.
