Distressed feel to the wood in a soft charcoal color. The plexiglass is good quality, not thin and easily scratched. BOTH sides are protected by the blue adhesive which peels off easily. A foamcore backing is provided and holds everything in place smoothly. Recommended.. Laurie Glen. Ft Worth, Texas. Fri Sep 16 2022

First things first, the frame does seem to be constructed of wood but the 'wood grain' finish is a veneer. If you're hoping for a raw wood look this may not be the frame you want. That being said, it is a very well-constructed frame and I was so thrilled to get it in a size that's otherwise difficult to find (6"x6"). Acrylic really does have superior clarity when compared to glass - it will scratch much more easily, of course, but so long as the frame isn't in a high-traffic spot that really shouldn't be an issue.. Favorite of the 4 I bought. Beautiful color. Great quality.. Anonymous. Mon Jun 29 2026

An empty frame isn't empty! It's full of possibilities to put a twist of personal style on your space. Equal parts rustic and refined, this versatile piece is crafted of manufactured wood and features a dark walnut finish with dramatic distressed detailing. Set it above a weathered leather sofa filled with a photograph of your favorite lakeside retreat, then roll out a dark-toned braided rug and suspend a glowing wrought iron chandelier overhead to tie a lodge-inspired living room look together. If your space is a bit more stately, that's no problem. Let it sit above the dining room mantel to stage a family portrait, a lovely centerpiece for festive feasts and elegant dinner parties alike. This frame is also perfect for gracing your gallery wall, just add a blue-hued watercolor print to complement colorful canvases and other abstract accents.

Great frame! The color is very rich. I would definitely purchase more of these.. Lisa. NC. Wed Jun 03 2026

This driftwood lineup, featuring 1.5" and 2.5" (shown here) widths, is a heavy fan favorite with those looking for that rustic, barn wood affect. We describe this moulding style as a driftwood because of its worn, weathered look. Both widths of the frame feature heavy wood grains and a matte black finish. This frame style partners well with, but definitely is not limited to, white matting and black-and-white prints.
