Great art deserves to be on canvas! Unlike thin posters and paper prints, giclee canvas artwork offers the texture, look, and feel of fine-art paintings. This artwork is crafted in the USA with artist-grade canvas, professionally hand-stretched, and stapled over North American pine-wood bars in gallery wrap style; a method utilized by artists to present artwork in galleries. Your gallery-wrapped canvas comes mounted to a 2 inch thick, elegant hardwood frame. The art is inset, leaving a 3/8" space between the art and frame; creating a "floating" illusion. Fade-resistant archival inks guarantee perfect color reproduction that remains vibrant for decades even when exposed to strong light. Add brilliance in color and exceptional detail to your space with this contemporary and uncompromising style.

Beautiful canvas, exactly what I was looking for and matches my rug perfectly. Anne. Midlothian, VA. Mon Mar 15 2021

This ready to hang, floating brushed aluminum art piece features an urban watercolor map. The image is printed atop a one-eighth inch thick brushed aluminum composite panel for added texture and luminosity. This technique allows the brushed aluminum texture to show through, providing a brilliant effect and satin finish that is unprecedented. The artwork's framing material attached to the back cleanly raises the piece off the wall to give it a floating effect. This art provides a beautiful, modern, sleek design without the bulkiness of a frame and is a must for any space.

My daughter absolutely loved this wall art! It’s so pretty ❤️. Veronica. Westover, PA. Thu May 14 2020

Put your sense of style on the map with this charming graphic art print. Using alluring watercolors in vibrant hues, this charming piece depicts a carefully detailed world map over a splotchy white background. Handmade in the USA, this artsy image is printed using anti-fade inks on artist grade archival papers, finished with a clear coat, non-glare glazing to protect the image, then gallery-wrapped over a premium build frame and comes ready-to-hang. Establish a curated aesthetic in your home office by rolling out a cowhide area rug to define the space, then roll a low-back ergonomic task chair up to a clean-lined wooden desk. Create a well-traveled collage on the wall above by setting this piece among high-res photos of famous destinations, framed plane tickets from your fondly-remembered travels, and a gleaming chrome airplane wall clock for a perfect finishing touch.

Art and design were always Michael's favorite subjects at school. He was fortunate to land a job as a graphic designer at one of London's most prestigious publishing companies. After 12 years Michael Tompsett made the decision to pursue a full-time career creating his own work. The freedom and time to be able to focus solely on his own projects has been a wonderful experience. Although Michael likes to experiment with different styles and subjects, hi main focus is on map art. He enjoys looking for unique and interesting ways to depict something which is very familiar. Maps are visual representations of the world people live in, a world which is incredibly diverse. Apart from maps, Tompsett creates urban landmark and cityscape designs. This method of stretching and preparing a canvas allows for a frameless presentation of the finished painting.
