The only thing I dislike about this mirror is the charging port is in a very inconvenient spot on the side of the mirror as pictured so when its plugged in the mirror is at an odd angle when flipped to the regular side that is not magnified. We did have a problem where the light on one of them didn’t work upon delivery and it took a long time for them to ship the second one and it was a little bit of a battle to get them to replace the item. I do also like the timer feature so the lights will turn off if I accidentally have left them on- same with defogger. Cool mirror. Love the lighting features. Overall, nice mirror for my kids bathroom things I noted is the fact that the frame is metal and very thin. It looked a little different in the photos. Also, the light is on a basil instead of straight, which was different than the photos online overall, I still like it when I went to install it and I know it allows you to hardwire or plug it in, but all they gave us was the plug-in so I had to clip it off and wire it in that way. It would’ve been nice to have some kind of detachable wire that you got to choose whether to plug it in or to hardwired in, but the wire is firmly attached to the light box in the back, which means that if I have to take the mirror down, I have to un wire it in order to make that happen..
