We needed a frame for a piece of artwork my son created at school. It wasn’t a usual 11”x8.5” piece of paper. I searched Wayfair and found this frame that included matting as well - an added bonus to make it look more professional! I deducted a star because it isn’t the most sturdy and, as others have stated, you have to install the hanging hardware yourself, but overall a good find.. Mireille. Los Angeles, CA. Tue Jun 25 2024

First things first, the frame does seem to be constructed of wood but the 'wood grain' finish is a veneer. If you're hoping for a raw wood look this may not be the frame you want. That being said, it is a very well-constructed frame and I was so thrilled to get it in a size that's otherwise difficult to find (6"x6"). Acrylic really does have superior clarity when compared to glass - it will scratch much more easily, of course, but so long as the frame isn't in a high-traffic spot that really shouldn't be an issue.. Emily. North Berwick, ME. Sun Feb 12 2023
