I ordered the Mikasa white glossy wall frames and they were of good quality as most Mikasa merchandise always is. However, both of the frames arrived with paint chipped off of them. Fortunately my husband was able to match the white paint and touch up the areas that were damaged. They were gifts so didn’t have time to return them for replacements. I know with my past experience with damaged items from Wayfair they are more than happy to send you a replacement for any item that arrives damaged. The damaged items I received by no means will keep me from placing future orders with Wayfair. Anytime I’m looking for house goods Wayfair is the first website I go to. Thanks. Jonie. Anonymous. These reviews must either be generated by bots, or I'm an extremely unlucky customer. I didn't even receive the frames shown in the photo description of this product. What I received were two extremely flimsy frames that at best, are worth about $20 each. The items look nothing like the photo on the Wayfair site. I have been trying to get this resolved through the company but no luck so far. This will be my last Wayfair purchase even if they do make it right because I think buying something sight unseen and trusting that you will get what was advertised is wishful thinking. I'd like to see it and touch it before I purchase it. I'm returning to the old way of shopping because this experience has made me feel unappreciated and lied to. **Update 11/26: I received an email from Wayfair where they are basically gaslighting me and saying that I did receive the correct item. Look at the photo again and look at the style differences between the two frames. These are NOT the same. I will be reporting this to the BBB as false advertisement and will never shop at Wayfair again.. Mike. Missouri City, TX. Tue Nov 26 2024
