I just realized this clock was already assembled- by a previous owner-when delivered to me. The black second hand is missing. The red second hand was used. I’m past the return date. Do I have any options? It deserves zero stars but I had to give it one to submit this review.. Mary. Neptune, NJ. Sun Sep 27 2026
