This product did not arrive on time, but after speaking with Wayfair about the need to get this in a timely fashion because it was to be used as at a special event, it arrived 2 days later... and the vendor included an additional frame to boot. I know with my past experience with damaged items from Wayfair they are more than happy to send you a replacement for any item that arrives damaged.
