This product did not arrive on time, but after speaking with Wayfair about the need to get this in a timely fashion because it was to be used as at a special event, it arrived 2 days later... and the vendor included an additional frame to boot. I am very pleased with the follow up and the actual product(s). The frame is relatively light because plexiglass is used, which is great! Photos have been added and it looks super!. Anne. QC. This is plastic and plexiglass. It came with a chart or diagram that you attach to the wall and it helps you with placement of the frames and letters. I didn’t follow the diagram completely but I got pretty close. I didn’t like that I had to put a hole in my wall for every frame and letter with this item. It’s cute in my hallway though . I’m pleased with it.. Lenora. Lake Charles, LA. Sun Nov 01 2026

Wedded Bliss... My youngest grandson was recently married and when I saw this frame I had to order it. I actually ordered a similar one to use so I’d have pictures of each of my grandson’s weddings adorning our walls. (Haven't found the perfect spot for them yet but I will !! ) I’m truly impressed by the attention to detail the manufacturer displayed in every facet of these frames and when I see a label Made in the U.S.A. that really makes it for me! There’s nothing cheap or shabby about this product and anyone would be proud to display their photos... wedding photos, baby photos, etc. I’ve added pictures of the reverse side of the frame to give you an idea of the thought that went into making these frames, over and above the way the wood is finished and the additional hardware for hanging plus the way the corners are joined at the corners, no square cuts here, these were done with a miter and definitely well done! Thank you Wayfair for consistently going over and above for your customers!. Pattie. Fri Oct 09 2020

Create a warm sentimental memory focal wall with this uniquely asymmetrical 12-opening collage photo frame, crafted with soft weathered wood-look texture to bring timeless farmhouse vintage warmth to blank indoor walls. The irregular staggered frame layout arranges twelve 4×6 snapshots into a natural layered artistic display, perfect for curating wedding albums, family reunion portraits and cross-country travel keepsakes. This unified memory display also acts as a thoughtful heartfelt gift for engagement parties, anniversaries and housewarming celebrations.

I was a little disappointed that the frame included plastic photo covers instead of glass. However , once I got the pictures in and got the frame hung, it looks very nice. I don’t think it would hold up to changing the pictures too often because the prongs that hold the pictures in are plastic and would easily break. However it’s a nice enough frame and does look good on the wall. wou. Virginia. Erie, PA. Mon Oct 19 2026

The product looks great. It was packaged very well. However, the specifications on the page are not quite correct. There are 2 picture openings. One is 5x7, and the other is not really stated that it's 5x4. Before ordering, I could see that it wasn't a pair of 5x7 openings (or one 5x7 and one 7x5), so I asked Wayfair support on chat who insisted that it is a pair of 5x7 openings. This means that I have to re-print the picture that was going into that opening.. Anonymous. Mon Sep 23 2024

Frame is cheaply made. It's just pine painted silver but what really looks cheap is the backing. The frame isn't painted on the back, the backing resembles white poster board and the tabs to hold the photo in are the cheap metal black tabs that break after you bend them a few times. The entire picture frame might weight a pound. If I paid $25 for the frame, that might be okay, but 'on sale' at $76.99, no way. I returned it right away.. Janis. Commodore, PA. Wed Sep 21 2022
