Piece was as described. Great piece of wall art for my son's apartment. Wish it had hooks on the frame as lining up the screws was a pain. There were directions on what to do if the wood was warped, or if something was wrong. Not sure I would want to get out a rag, ice, etc to fix something that I paid for. This is really cool - even better than I imagined. The contrast of white on black makes it very easy to read the city names. I put this in my guest room for the travelers that visit, and it would be fun for people to pick out places they have been or want to go. Obviously not every city can be on the map, but the major ones are on there and it shapes the countries really well.
