Designed with ’s trusted quality and attention to detail, this clock radio provides dependable alarm functionality, effortless operation, and polished performance for daily use.

Overall, it’s a very nice retro style clockradioalarm. The speaker sounds decent enough for what it is and connectivity to Bluetooth is easy and seamless. Once set, time stays accurate, and while it doesn’t specifically state, it seems to have some sort of battery back-up as time stayed accurate during a power outage. Only knock is that the radio tuning is not selectable to a specific frequency- it runs a scan at 1st use and then you scroll through a memory of “found” stations to tune in. If you place it in a spot with bad reception, you have to move it, plug it back in, and scan all over again. Otherwise, a retro style clock with a nightlight function to see the time with very little ambient light is a win in my book.. Dennis. Orlando, FL. Sun Aug 30 2026

Love the look and the radio functions GREAT. The only disappointment is the programming is very clunky, not intuitive at all. Every time you want to set the alarm to a different time, you need the instructions because the sequence isn't intuitive at all. Radio sounds great as well... it's not a Bose quality speaker system by any means, but I like to listen to jazz or sports talk as I get ready and it's easily loud enough and clear at good volume for that.. When Piet Hein Eek started his Tube series for LEFF amsterdam, his starting point for the Tube Clock’s dial was an extrusion ring. Extrusion moulding is a design technique that involves forcing materials through a mould, the extrusion profile is what gives the material its shape. Piet Hein devised a ring like that for the design of the clock face. A good idea can be surprisingly simple – often the simplest solutions have not yet been invented. This clock could have been designed a century ago, it’s actually a textbook example of LEFF Amsterdam’s philosophy: the idea of keeping things normal and down-to-earth, but still extraordinary. The alarm and snooze function are situated in the back of the Tube to not disrupt the design.
