This heated blanket works as advertised. It is a two plug in set up with two controllers, which was not advertised. So you need two outlets available to heat the blanket up adequately. Each control heats up 1 half of the blanket. I'm assuming this is great for a couple who may want different heat settings. We plan to use it up at a small camp in the fall so I am not too fond of the two controller set up. But it does heat up well and it will definitely keep you warm.
