This beautiful wide stripe is printed on a cotton file cloth and is finished with a twisted cord along the bottom edge. The valance is 17" H x 50" W is lined and will fit a window up 48" W when flat, gather for smaller windows or add multiples for larger treatments.

The seascape tier features an oceanarium of submarine creatures, all beautifully executed in highly-detailed lace, creating an illusion of being at the bottom of the sea.
