I bought this for my son heading off to college with his own apartment. I wanted something bright and large because he is always late. This was absolutely perfect. We hung it in his little breakfast nook on the wall and plugged it in and the brightness will surely guarantee that he will know exactly what time it is every time he passes it. What was great is that since you can’t put holes in an apartment wall, It came with push pins that were absolutely perfect because they won’t leave any damage to the walls.. Danielle. Lebanon, PA. This thing is gorgeous but its HEAVY. The corners are also sharp. I wouldnt want it to fall on a child or myself for that matter. It doesnt light up and Im fine with that. It shipped with batteries which only added to the weight of the box. But thats so convenient. Setting it wasnt hard. I thought this was the cheaper, lighter style like others Ive purchased here. This one is heavier and from the side its nicer looking. Personally, I like the cheaper lighter clocks for hanging.
