Toile print fabric originated in France in the 18th century and immediately became a popular decorating pattern that still holds today. The classic country scenes and soft cotton fabric will change and improve the look and feel of any room while adding a touch of style. This Window Valance is made with 100% cotton and creates a smooth draping effect and softer texture that sometimes can't be achieved with inferior synthetic fabrics. You are sure to get a curtain that's beautiful and functional in a decorating pattern that's timeless and long-lasting. It measures 70 inches wide and will accommodate approximately 30-60 inches of window width.

These valances are exactly as described. They have a nice soft hand, but the fabric feels like reasonable quality, although not lined they are not see-through. I was able to use two for my slider with plenty of fabric. I was concerned regarding the width of the rod. I am able to use my Continental rod and it works perfectly.. Dorothy. Florence Ma. Really cute! I was looking for a "tropical" valence for my new Hawaii-themed room. I got sort of lost trying to look at all of the valance choices on the Wayfair website. I called and spoke to a very nice Customer Service representative and after he listened to what I wanted, he took about 5 minutes to find this. (Yes, I know there are no monkeys in Hawaii, but it is perfect for my room.) I am 80 years old and do not do well with "chats" with AI, so I am very happy that Wayfair has such knowledgeable people to help me. Aloha!. Susan. Seal Beach, CA. Sun Jul 12 2026
