I would have given this 5 stars, because the frame overall is nice. However, the description is not accurate. The 16x20 and 20x30 frames that I received were plastic and not glass, as clearly indicated in the descriptions, which was one of the reasons why I chose this particular frame. So i'm very disappointed in that feature.. Shaun. Peoria, AZ. Mon Jul 13 2026

I've never given such a low review for anything I have purchased from Wayfair and as an Interior Designer, I've purchased many items. These frames are pretty cheaply made. The black finish is laminated onto the material beneath. Therefore, when the laminate was cut it peeled back a bit and all of the edges showed raw corners. It was easily remedied by a black marker on all the corners. I'm just hoping they stay together at the corners, some seem loose. You shouldn't have to repair an item you just purchased! My advice is to pay a little more and get better quality. I will say, however, that Wayfair did a great job of quickly answering my question about the matte size which is 11 x 14.. Carol.
