Love this picture and love how it was shipped. First of all, it reminds me of the Blue Ridge Mountains where I grew up and saw every day . The picture was packaged with such great protection and care. Nothing was damaged. I will have to say that the gold frame is fragile; it will ding and chip some if not handled well. I didn't use all of the hardware, as I found it to be very frustrating. I went with picture hanging items I already had. This is my third picture I've bought from Wayfair and I'm so thrilled with how it looks.....and it was on sale! Thanks, Wayfair!. Steve. Raleigh, NC. Mon May 25 2026

The tour de force of Bierstadt's plein air style bursts across a panorama so majestic that one can almost smell the mountain air. From the falling water cascading into the pool to the golden sun from high in the heavens, this American masterpiece has truly timeless beauty. German-born American painter, Albert Bierstadt unveiled work after work to the thunderous applause of mid-19th century art lovers. The authentic stretched canvas replica painting captures the original work's texture, depth of color, and even its subtle brushstrokes, which are applied by hand. The replica 4.375" wide, European style, bright gold-toned, ribbed frame is cast in quality designer resin with an acanthus leaf and floret border that draws the eye toward the beautiful image. Proudly printed and framed in the USA using imported molding.
