In "The Kiss" (1908), a pair of entranced lovers embrace in a stylized meadow studded with flowers on a background reminiscent of Byzantine icons. Austrian Klimt, known for sumptuously decorative scenes, creates highly distinctive displays of extraordinarily lush physical. The authentic stretched canvas replica captures the original painting's texture, depth of color, and even its brushstrokes, which are applied by hand. It is surrounded by an imported, antique gold-toned, delicately sculpted 4" wide designer resin frame with a leaf motif. Proudly printed and framed in the USA using imported molding.
We love our painting but unfortunately it was damaged in route. With exceptional service we got it replaced within a week. Thank you so much. Can’t say enough for your company. E. Elaine. Burlington, WA. Fri Mar 21 2025
