So I have mixed reviews. The paper is beautiful and gives a soft, vintage, grandma-chic style which is exactly what I wanted and its very period-appropriate for my home. I used it in my upstairs hallway and behind a shelf in my kitchen. The quality is ok. Its not a heavy paper so it folds easily when doing a long run and the paper lines up at the top and then slowly doesnt as you go down the seam. It also doesnt hide wall-imperfections in an old home because its not super heavy. Exceeded my expectations by far. Painted and then dry brushed with one shade lighter to accentuate the damask pattern. I did put a few seams too tight initially, but that’s my fault for expecting more shrinkage. Definitely don’t cut/trim when wet. I used the paste the wall method which worked WAY better than the manufacturer directions as the paper soaks up paste and tears easily if it gets too wet - paste the wall made this a non-issue. Super easy to align and very little waste. I o ended up with extra (thought I’d have more waste than we did!) and now have to find another place to use it because it came out just perfectly! I've had it installed for over a month now and there are multiple bubbles throughout the wallpaper on both walls and they are not easy to get out with some not going anywhere. I love how this wallpaper turned out in the half bath! Love the metallic accents! It was a little hard to match up the pattern each time so there was a decent amount of waste. It has been installed for almost one month now and there are three spots that have a bubble that are a little difficult to smooth out now that all the paper is up. We recently completed a full wall installation using the 32.8ft X 1.738ft Luxury Gold Damask Wallpaper, and I am extremely impressed with both the quality of the product and the final result. The wallpaper has a sophisticated, high-end appearance that instantly elevated the room and created the elegant “candy box” look and luxury aesthetic I was aiming for throughout the space. The material itself is exceptionally durable and very easy to work with during installation. Unlike many thinner wallpapers, this product is thick, well-made, and resistant to tearing, which made pattern alignment and application much more manageable. I highly recommend using a clear wallpaper paste for the best finish and wiping down any excess paste immediately during installation to maintain the clean, polished appearance of the wallpaper. The project took approximately five days to complete, as I wanted to ensure all seams, corners, and pattern matching were perfectly aligned throughout the room. In total, I used 10 rolls to complete the walls, and the consistency between each roll was excellent. The wallpaper adhered beautifully with minimal bubbling and maintained its integrity throughout the entire installation process. Once completed, the room looked absolutely stunning. The gold damask detailing reflects light beautifully and adds depth, texture, and a truly upscale appearance to the space. It delivers the exact high-end designer look most people are trying to achieve without the cost of custom wall treatments. The wallpaper also wipes clean easily, which further speaks to its quality and durability. Overall, this wallpaper exceeded my expectations in terms of appearance, durability, and ease of installation.
