The pillow is good. A couple of small quality issues. Nothing that warrants a return. But the issue comes in the way it was packaged for delivery. You would think that paying ~$73 for a pillow, that it would be in a sealed plastic bag before it is put in the bag for delivery. I will start my saying the the embroidery is lovely and I do like the pillows. I will keep both pillows. That said, the problem is the size of the pillow. It’s just too big. It is truly a shame that that they don’t make smaller pillows. These lovely pillow would be perfect if they were smaller. The pillow insert is also flat giving it a strange and uncomfortable look. Before you but just be aware of the dimensions. If that’s the size you need then definitely buy it. If not then I would try to measure the size of the pillow and how it would look before you buy it..
