They have gold-colored 2 legs and a stand on the back to hold the clock up. They are approximately 6 tall and round. The minute hand has the numbers in 5 minute increments. The microphone on my android phone and my iPad is on the top, not the bottom and then following the video I tried to make it work from the bottom and it was never going to work, also, you have to make sure your volume is way up and then there is no issue setting anything on this clock alarm clock.
