Miniature cuckoo clocks, called knuckling, are part of a tradition in Germany's black forest region that dates back to the mid-18th century. This chalet-style cuckoo clock depicts a petite owl attending the hours. The clock features the classic cuckoo call and a rotating selection of songs; both can be shut off if desired.
Love this little clock, diff kind of cuckoo too which I like. What I do don't like is the clock part in back where you put in batteries very cheaply made. One is that the first AA battery goes so deep that I don't know if I'll ever be able to get it out(I should have put a bit of string in first so that could help me get battery out when needed). The other is the 2nd battery part had bent spring, and battery very lose in there. But it is a cute little clock.. Julia. Gold River, CA. Tue Nov 24 2020
