The clock was exactly as I suspected. There was some issues with poor workmanship on the wall hanger hardware that we needed to adjust. The hanging equipment was supplied but the hangers on the clock itself were not correct and required me recentering the hangers on the back of the clock (screwdriver, level and tape measure were needed to complete the task) in order for it to hang straight.
