I love these neutral curtains! They look either gray or beige depending on the room. I used them in this case for my guest bedroom. They look to block the light quite well and come with their own tassels so I could keep them to the side. I opened the zipper bag and said “ohhhh these are nice!”. The material is thin but still very substantial, I certainly wouldn’t describe them as room darkening though. Very pleased overall with these curtains! Fabric is lighter weight, with nice, soft feel, and they are lined so not sheer at all. Really like the design - it adds light texture to the dark gray walls so things aren’t so dreary. One complaint the fabric isn’t cut evenly on the sets so the color bands don’t line up. Each curtain has been designed with precision and elegance in mind. The beautiful cream faux silk polyester base shimmers in the right lighting, accentuating the detailed black embroidered. Along the top of the back, there are 5 equally spaced out tabs as well as a rod pocket on each end for easy installation. Easy at-home care: machine wash on cold, separately.

These curtains a very light and pretty. They have a solid light color on the back which should be darkening the room, but since it is a light color it only dimmed the room, but nor darkening it. What I don't like on this curtain set is that the solid color is only sown together with the drapery color on one site. It looks unfinished and I had to sow the ends together to make it looks nice..
