I have to say I was nervous when I got home and found the box by the door upside down with the “This Side Up” arrow pointing down. It did look a little squished when I first took it out of the box, but I misted it and after sitting upright for a while, it bounced back really well. It came with a few blooms and then bloomed once, but after a month its dying. Its outside and gets watered and full sun. Unsure if its the product or myself.
