The pillow is good. A couple of small quality issues. Nothing that warrants a return. But the issue comes in the way it was packaged for delivery. You would think that paying ~$73 for a pillow, that it would be in a sealed plastic bag before it is put in the bag for delivery. Down/Feather

I loved the look of this pillow and bought it for my office chair. It’s beautiful and soft, and the color palette looks great with different wood tone furniture and floors. The faux hair around the trim does shed at first. Once I shook it out and used a lint roller to get all the loose hairs off, it hasn’t been a problem anymore.
