As some who has sewn lots of holiday items with braids and trims, my reason for four stars is the bottom trim - which is striking - but not applied in manner that this type of trim is usually attached to decore items. I would have preferred that the trim would have been sewn on behind valance - picture 2 - and not on front - picture 1. This would make it appear more refined. Just my personal opinion.
