I ordered the 22" with feather insert, which was expensive but it's a very nice pillow. It took a while to arrive and came in a plastic bag - I guess I was expecting a box due to the expense, but it arrived in good condition. As others have stated, the color is a little more pinkish than shown and I've tried to show photos more representive of what I received, but then again, monitors vary. These feel like down and are really high quality. Only complaint is that the listing said "(set of 2)" so I ordered 2 sets (for a total of 4) but it didn't show up that way on the order confirmation so I was only sent two pillows, not 2 sets of 2. When I reached out to Wayfair they made it right and sent me 2 more because I was able to show them what the item page says, but it was a little annoying to have to do it, and to wonder whether or not I'd be able to prove I paid for 2 sets of 2..
