This ready to hang, gallery-wrapped art piece features an overhead view of the woods, snow, and city lights of Vancouver at dusk. Giclee (jee-clay) is an advanced printmaking process for creating museum-quality fine art reproductions. The attainable excellence that Giclee printmaking affords makes the reproduction virtually indistinguishable from the original piece. The result is wide acceptance of Giclee by galleries, museums, and private collectors. Gallery wrap is a method of stretching an artist's canvas so that the canvas wraps around the sides and is secured by a hidden, wooden frame. This method of stretching and preparing a canvas allows for a frameless presentation of the finished painting.

Beautiful! Very much like the product photos on the website (my camera makes it appear darker than it is in real life). The frame is very lightweight but decent quality, with off-white wood-like marbling. The “glass” is very clear and does not warp, looks very authentic, although it is plastic. The first one arrived broken due to shipping so Wayfair was kind enough to fully replace it immediately. Super happy about how it has transformed my bathroom, 5 stars!. Denys. New York, NY. This beautiful art is printed using the highest quality fade resistant ink on canvas. Every one of Highland Dunes fine art giclee canvas prints is printed on premium quality cotton canvas, using the finest quality inks which will not fade over time. Each giclee print is stretched tightly over a wood sub frame ensuring the canvas is taught and does not buckle.

This is a relaxing piece, transporting my mind to the beach and waves when I look at it. It goes nicely with my other canvases, adding to a nice and peaceful theme in my bedroom. The quality of the canvas itself is good, however the wood frame has some to be desired as it is not as strong as other canvases I have. The price was a little higher than I planned to pay, but the canvas was worth it. I wished I had purchased a larger size. I would recommend this item for purchase.. Liza. City Of Industry, CA.
