It arrived packed very well to prevent damage in transit. The size I ordered is large so glass wasn't an option (wish it was) but the plexiglass came with a covering on each side to keep it safe. The frame itself is very lightweight. You have to install the mounting hardware (easy) but I wish it came with enough to let the frame hang either way instead of only have 1 option.
