Derk Mirror with Hooks

On National Kartini Heroine Day, Jajak designs a classic Javanese-Dutch Colonial era style mirror to commemorate Kartini's contribution to women's rights. Traditional Indonesian styling recalls colonial homes on the island of Java. Exalting the warmth of teakwood, Jajak creates an extraordinary handcrafted wall mirror. Brass hooks on each side with an aged finish hold coats and hats.
