Customers generally praise the product's quality, appearance, and sturdiness, noting it is well-made and not flimsy. Many find it to be a great value and easy to use for displaying photos. However, there are mixed opinions regarding the material, with some customers expressing disappointment that it is plastic rather than glass and can be prone to scratches.
