Customers generally find the product easy to assemble and appreciate its attractive appearance, with many noting it holds a good number of shoes. However, opinions are mixed regarding its capacity, with some finding it holds fewer shoes than advertised, and others stating it's suitable for sandals and warm-weather shoes. Concerns have also been raised about the material quality, with some reviews describing it as thin or not solid wood, and the plastic mesh on the doors. Functionality is generally seen as good, though some users found the shoe compartments too small for boots.
