Customers praise the product for its cute rustic appearance, great size, and useful functionality. They appreciate the sturdy handles and versatility for coffee tables and ottomans. However, customers have mixed opinions about appearance regarding color shade and the thin, flimsy bottom design, with some noting that it leaves black marks.
