Arlenis Handmade Resin Figurine / Sculpture Decorative Object

Features

• In Greek mythology, Pandora was the first human woman created by Hephaestus on the instructions of Zeus. The Pandora myth is a kind of theodicy, addressing the question of why it is evil in the world. According to this, Pandora opened a jar called the "Pandora's Box" releasing all the evils of humanity. Hesiod's interpretation of Pandora's story went on to influence both Jewish and Christian theology and so perpetuated her bad reputation in the Renaissance.
• This decorative box starts with a pan playing the flute up top as the lid handle. The box itself is intricate with immaculate details of Greek Mythology. Images of the Serpent Python, Zeus, Medusa, Hades, and many more are sculpted and hand-polished on the relic sculpture. At the base are the 7 deadly sins inscribed to complete the Pandora's Box. Where does evil come from? Perhaps open the Pandora's Box to discover the unsolved mystery of all times.
