Customers find the product visually appealing, with many praising its beautiful, chunky, and natural appearance. However, opinions are mixed regarding its quality and durability. Some reviewers note that the material frays easily, sheds excessively, and may not lay flat, leading to concerns about its longevity. The product's thickness is also a notable feature, with some finding it beneficial while others note it can be an issue for door clearance.
