Customers generally praise the product's attractive appearance and high quality, noting its sturdiness and ease of assembly. Many reviewers find the size to be perfect for various spaces, such as entryways or the foot of a bed. While most feedback is positive, some customers have experienced minor issues with paint chipping on the cane backing or received damaged items, though these were often resolved.
