Customers are pleased with the product's packaging, with many reviews highlighting that plants arrived in perfect condition, alive, and healthy. The appearance of the plants is generally described as beautiful and nice. However, opinions on the size are mixed, with some finding them smaller than expected or disappointingly small for the price, while others felt they were a nice size or larger than anticipated.
