Cool Contours " Cool Contours 2 " by Studio L57 Affinity

Cool Contours 2 is a tribute to the pioneering Swedish artist and mystic Hilma af Klint, who was recognized for crafting some of the first abstract artworks in Western culture. This composition showcases a biomorphic motif that af Klint was known for. A prominent black contour line offers the eye a compelling anchor while the intimacy of hand-drawn marks offers a counterpoint. The color scheme blends alabaster and eggshell whites with hues of denim and steel blue. A pop of mustard yellow and deep brown lends a touch of color to the picture plane. Together, the interplay of color and shape welcomes the observer's gaze. Common forms are reimagined in this exquisite addition to art by TA. Pairs beautifully with Cool Contours 1.
