Customers find the product visually appealing, with vibrant colors and attractive decorations that enhance their spaces. However, there are concerns regarding durability, as many reviewers report that small decorative berries detach easily, both during shipping and with handling. While some customers note the product is well-made and of good quality, the issue of falling berries is a recurring negative point.
